HealthComp Flex, developed by HealthComp, LLC, serves as a comprehensive platform for participants to efficiently manage their consumer-driven healthcare and tax-advantage benefit accounts.

The application offers a range of functionalities, including:

• Access to benefit health account balances and detailed information
• Overview of recent transactions with accompanying details
• Capability to fund HSA accounts directly from checking or savings accounts
• Access to all email alerts
• Option to contact the administrator through the mobile application via email or phone
• Utilization of the same username and password as the HealthComp Portal, eliminating the need for mobile device registration; simply download the app, log in, and use
• Enhanced authentication measures, including picture/passphrase options, device identification, and challenge questions
• Viewing of demographic information
• Access to dependent information
• Management of card details
• Ability to view card PINs
• Funding of HSA accounts from registered external bank accounts
• Option to register new users directly from the mobile device
